Terms of service

The agreement between you and BannerMe when you create an account and use the service

BannerMe (bannermeapp.com) is provided by หจก. พิพัฒน์ เมดิแคร์ ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Our service

BannerMe makes Thai product banners with AI from a product link, or from the details and pictures you provide. We read the product page you give us, plan the picture, write the text and draw the picture for you. The system is still in BETA and what it can do may change.

2. Your account

  • You sign up with a Google account. One e-mail address can have one account.
  • You look after access to your account and are responsible for the work made from it.
  • The information you give us must be true.

3. Packages, payment and the free trial

  • Free trial: up to 10 images a day for 7 days, no credit card needed, one per person. We may suspend a trial obtained by signing up with several accounts.
  • The price and number of images of each package are those on the Package page on the day of purchase, paid in advance.
  • You can pay in two ways: by bank transfer or PromptPay QR with the slip attached, paid one period at a time and never renewed by itself; or by credit or debit card through Stripe. We do not keep card numbers.
  • A package paid by card renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under "My account" → "Manage card / cancel renewal". After you cancel, you can use it until the end of the period already paid, and the next period is not charged.
  • If a card payment fails, the system tries again by itself, and no new period opens in the meantime.
  • Upgrading in the middle of a period: you pay the full price of the new package and a new period starts that day; the images left from the old package become credit that does not expire. Moving to a smaller package takes effect from the next period.
  • One-time 10 images: paid once, not renewed, usable for 3 months.
  • When making a picture fails because of the system, we give that image back automatically, and a clearly faulty picture can be claimed under the terms of your package.
  • We do not refund packages that have been paid for.

4. Work made by AI

AI can make mistakes, such as misspelling Thai, drawing a product unlike the real one, or getting details wrong. The system checks each picture and warns you, but does not guarantee every detail is right. You must check a picture before you publish it.

We set the AI not to write features that are not in the product details, but you remain responsible for the advertising text you use being accurate and within advertising law and platform rules, for example for food, medicine, cosmetics and medical devices.

5. Rights in content

  • The pictures, logos, text and links you provide remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
  • You allow us to use what you provide only as far as needed to make your pictures.
  • You may use the finished pictures commercially.
  • We do not publish the pictures you make or show them as examples of our work.
  • Pictures in your gallery can still be viewed and downloaded after your images run out.

6. What is not allowed

  • Making pictures that are illegal or deceptive, that infringe other people's copyright or trademarks, or that pose as a brand you have no right to.
  • Making pornographic, violent or hateful content.
  • Trying to break into the system, using bots, or creating several accounts to get free images.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the service as it is and are not liable for indirect damage from using the pictures. Our total liability is no more than the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we change something important, we will tell you on the website or by e-mail before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law.
